How to request a refund
Email team@ryzin.shop with your order number and we will confirm your refund and return instructions. If a return is required, please send it to: RYZIN Performance LLC, 5000 S Croatan Hwy, Nags Head, NC 27959. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can authorize and track your return.

Refunds
Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subscriptions
You can cancel, pause, or skip your Subscribe & Save deliveries anytime from your account, with no cutoff. Changes to the flavors, quantities, or products in an upcoming order must be made at least 2 days before that order’s scheduled date. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at team@ryzin.shop right away and we will make it right.
